In Autumn 2025, the UK Government will start to introduce mandatory identity verification for company directors, LLP members and Persons with Significant Control (PSCs) to enhance corporate transparency and combat economic crime.
Who does this affect:
These changes will have an impact on an estimated 5 to 6 million Directors, LLP Members, and Persons with Significant Control, all of whom will be required to complete identity verification.
